Who We Are

Maisna’s founder, Fiona Deaton, has been providing sustainable solutions to organisations for more than 14 years. Fiona has worked for some of the leading global environmental consultancies, including three years working in facilities management and PFI bids and operations, and she is now in a position to offer independently her experience and skills to clients directly.

Fiona’s qualifications include a law degree specialising in land law, researching common land issues, rights of way and easements, and EU law. She has a post-graduate qualification in Environmental Protection and, more recently, has undertaken a Masters degree in Tourism and Sustainability which builds upon and adds to her environmental expertise and capability.

Maisna is supported by a network of associate technical experts who are able to provide further complementary skills and assistance to provide our clients with a broad, comprehensive service.
